I started Eleven Point Development as a niche solution and software provider. After 25 years of working for a fortune 500 company in Information Technology (IT), I decided to create a company that would provide small businesses, business units or individuals with the development capabilities of an IT department without the continuous cost and overhead.
Computers and software are merely tools and, like any tool, are only useful if designed and implemented for maximum effectiveness. Using a tool incorrectly or for a task for which it was not designed can result in a task taking more time or effort to complete.
Large corporations have IT departments to assist them with finding or creating the software that enables them to be more productive, more accurate and thus more profitable. In general medium and small businesses have much smaller needs and a full time programmer is an overhead cost that simply can’t be justified. What medium and small businesses, even individuals, need is an on demand IT department with access to the experience and skills but only when they need them, and only paying for what they actually use.

I can help you find and properly configure these solutions for your specific situation.. In other cases, there is no commercial product available to meet your needs. In all cases I work with you and your staff to identify, design and create a custom solution to solve your unique challenge and ultimately enhance your business.
